Абстракт

Объектом исследования является деятельность Общественной палаты Тверской области как института гражданского общества по реализации государственной политики в сфере сохранения и укрепления традиционных духовно-нравственных ценностей. Целью является выявление механизмов, направлений работы Общественной палаты Тверской области по исполнению Указа Президента РФ от 09.09.2022 г. № 809 «Об утверждении Основ государственной политики по сохранению и укреплению традиционных российских духовнонравственных ценностей» и региональных инициатив по защите семьи, патриотическому воспитанию и культурно-исторической преемственности, а также оценка эффективности данной работы. Конкретными задачами выступают: анализ нормативно-правовой базы и договорных отношений (включая соглашение с Тверской епархией), определяющих компетенцию Палаты в вопросах традиционных ценностей; изучение направления работы комиссий по поддержке семьи (закон о семейном предпринимательстве, проекты НКО, форумы «Большая семья - тверская традиция»); оценка вклада Палаты в патриотическое воспитание молодежи; определение проблемных вопросов и внесение рекомендаций по повышению эффективности работы Палаты в данной сфере.

The object of the study is the activities of the Public Chamber of the Tver Region as an institution of civil society in the implementation of state policy in the field of preservation and strengthening of traditional spiritual and moral values. The purpose is to identify the mechanisms and areas of work of the Public Chamber of the Tver Region in the implementation of Presidential Decree No. 809 dated September 9, 2022, "On the Approval of the Fundamentals of State Policy for the Preservation and Strengthening of Traditional Russian Spiritual and Moral Values" (hereinafter referred to as Decree No. 809), as well as regional initiatives for the protection of the family, patriotic education, and cultural and historical continuity, and to assess the effectiveness of this work.
